Every year, thousands of athletes retire. They lose more than a schedule. They lose identity, purpose, and community. Athletes Soul exists to change that through education, coaching, mentoring and community support to help athletes (re)discover who they are and what they're capable of beyond competition.

Run for the Soul is our annual fundraiser that brings that same spirit to everyone in our community.

From September 7 to 13, 2026, we're inviting athletes, former athletes, friends, and supporters to take on a personal physical challenge and raise funds to support athletes navigating life beyond sport.

Your challenge can be anything that pushes you slightly beyond your comfort zone: run, hike, cycle, swim, climb, or pursue a personal fitness goal. The point isn't really performance, it's growth. You do good for yourself while lifting others in life beyond sport.

This year, our goal is to raise $25,000 and we need your help to achieve this goal!

Every dollar we raised goes directly toward scholarships for Athletes Soul's coaching programs:

$500 supports one athlete through our group coaching program
$1,250 supports one athlete through 1-on-1 coaching
$1,500 funds an entire group coaching cohort
