The evening will begin with a panel discussion featuring event honoree Alloy Development, which is building the city’s first all-electric all-renewable residential tower in downtown Brooklyn; Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), the architecture firm that designed the East Side Coastal Resiliency project for lower Manhattan, as well as the future Solar One Environmental Education Center in Stuy Cove Park; and Majora Carter, founder of Sustainable South Bronx, real estate developer and urban revitalization strategy consultant. After the panel discussion, cocktails will be served, followed by dinner and a brief awards ceremony honoring NY State Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie, NY City Councilmember Keith Powers and Jared Della Valle of Alloy Development.
