Cuyahoga Valley Farmers Markets (CVFM) invites you to become a supporter for our 2024/25 Winter Market Season Food Access program Carrot Cash. We are sincerely grateful for our donors who support our markets, connect local families with local farmers, and help our local food economy thrive.

WHO WE ARE

Cuyahoga Valley Farmers Markets’ (CVFM) works to provide access to and education about sustainable foods and agriculture to the communities in Northeast Ohio by building connections between our community and the producers of locally grown food.

CVFM was established in 2022 to continue the operation of the long-running Countryside farmers markets in Howe Meadow and at Old Trail School, both located in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. These vibrant farmers markets have been in operation since 2004 and have been growing steadily since their inception.

FOOD ACCESS

Our Food Access programming, Carrot Cash, has been a tremendous success this year. The Carrot Cash program has supported nearly 100 unique women and their children in 2024, providing them with access to fresh, healthy food at the market.

$25 can provide a healthy meal for a family.
$50 can supply fresh fruits and vegetables for a week.
$100 can cover the cost of produce for two families, helping them prepare balanced, wholesome meals.
