We have three new families that are struggling and need our urgent help.

Family 1:

Do you know what it’s like when you are so stressed that you have no bandwidth left for rational problem-solving? Nochum* and Shevy* are undergoing a very rough patch financially and are stressed beyond and can’t seem to pull together funds to make it work. They are capable, hardworking, and motivated, but neither of them is earning enough to cover the basics for their family.
It took a lot of guts for them to come to us, and we are determined to help them reach solid ground. We’re working with debt experts, financial coaches and job placement advocates to get a full picture and then we’ll get to work helping them. Getting Nochum a better job is part of it.

Let’s give them some stability and a hand up so they can get back to helping others with menuchas hanefesh.

Family 2:

You know how sometimes people get buried in an avalanche of challenges? That’s Yossel.*

He just got divorced. He also just lost his job. Couple that with a heavy debt load, and you have a recipe for depression and worse.
We’ve taken a deep dive into his situation, and believe that we can help him recover. To do that, we need to help him get therapy as well as some short-term rent assistance. We’ll be helping with this and more, enabling him to get back to being self-sufficient. Can you be part of this life-saving project?

Family 3:

Shmuel* and Rivky* are inspiring me with their resilience and I want so hard to help them.

They have their entire married life before them. But neither of them have skills or training for a steady career. Shmuel is driving for Lyft, but that’s not enough and they’ve almost lost their small rental apartment.
They’re both deeply ashamed and have not even told their parents how difficult things are right now.
But we believe in them! They are young and eager to do better if they only knew how! We’ll be helping him get a job, and provide them with career coaching, financial coaching, and rent for a month while they figure it out.
