Why we are fundraising for drone safety nets
The battlefield is changing fast. Drones are now built with broad frequency ranges, making them difficult to disrupt. Others rely on fiber-optic cables, which makes them nearly immune to radio signal interference. The risk becomes especially severe in winter, when the loss of tree foliage leaves Defenders, vehicles, and positions exposed to drone surveillance and attacks. Anti-drone nets provide a practical, reliable answer to this evolving threat—giving units a way to protect themselves even when electronic defenses fail.

How the drone safety nets are used
Anti-drone nets serve as a simple but powerful physical barrier. Units stretch thick sturdy nets across vehicles or fighting positions, creating a shield that drones cannot break through. Thin transparent nets, nearly invisible to drone cameras at large distances, can be set up as traps—causing drones to fly directly into them and become tangled. Some units even roll out nets across roadways and pathways to deny drones access entirely. The flexibility of netting means it can be adapted to many situations, providing both active defense and hidden deterrence in places where electronic protection is unreliable.

What the donations will provide

Each covered vehicle or position - protects 3–4 soldiers’ lives from drone strikes:

$25 : one 4×8 m transparent net to guard an approach
$50 : one 3×6 m sturdy net to cover a vehicle from one side
$100 : 3-4 transparent nets to cover position from all sides
$200 : 3-4 sturdy nets to fully cover a vehicle from all sides

Every additional net expands this protection to more units.

How we get nets to where they are needed
We have built a streamlined process to ensure that products reach the units that need them most. Working directly with manufacturing plants, we purchase nets in bulk to secure lower prices and consistent quality. Shipping by sea helps us minimize transportation costs, ensuring more of every donation goes directly to protection. From our ''warehouse'' in western Ukraine, requests are carefully validated through a secure online form system, so that we provide aid to verified frontline units. The nets are shipped by postal services to units in the east, allowing fast, trackable, and reliable delivery. This process ensures accountability, transparency, and the highest possible impact for every donor dollar.
