Entry & Check-In Instructions

Getting Here

Stuy Cove Park can be reached via the 6 train to 23rd Street, the L train to First Avenue and the M23 bus to 23rd Street and Ave C.

Check in at either entrance to Stuyvesant Cove Park:

FDR Drive & East 23rd Street or East 20th Street

Our staff will look up the name used during registration and provide your event wristband for entry. Please use your confirmation email for verification.

We've opened additional access to an elevated event experience inside the Solar One Environmental Education Center for guests who want to deepen their impact.

Once you’ve registered for the donor zone, stop by the Environmental Education Center building on July 3 to receive your Solar Star wristband and enjoy this all day exclusive indoor experience.

Space in the Solar Star Donor Zone is limited, so we encourage you to join before arriving at the event!

Drink Tickets

Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages from our outdoor bar are now available for purchase through your registration link (https://givebutter.com/sail250). You can redeem your drink ticket at the registration table on July 3. For alcoholic beverages: you must show ID to receive a 21+ wristband at the registration table and redeem your beer or wine drink ticket!

Food can be purchased directly from our food trucks!
