So many of you have asked… what’s happening at Dogology Canton? 

We’re excited to share that after months of volunteer support and renovations, Dogology Canton has officially become New England Puppy Rescue!

This space is now a safe haven for puppies in need. From the in-house veterinary clinic to the Orphan Puppy Program, play areas, socialization spaces, and even a bathing and laundry station, every corner is designed to give rescues the care, love, and second chances they deserve.

But now, renovations begin to create permanent adoption areas, fencing, and a community event space to welcome volunteers, supporters, and the public to connect with our mission.

Your support ensures every orphaned and abandoned puppy gets proper nutrition, veterinary care, and socialization to thrive. It also allows us to host our widely loved Puppy Fix events—happy hour, coffee, yoga, paint night, and more—bringing joy to the community while helping puppies find forever homes.

We couldn’t think of a better use for this space than saving more lives, and we hope you’ll join us in making it happen. Every gift helps a puppy get the start they deserve.
