DMB Family,

I have had the privilege of working with Move to Heal (MTH) for over a year, supporting their fundraising efforts and helping to navigate the changing policies concerning mental health and substance abuse resources.

Working with MTH has changed my life. It has given me purpose and a focus on reaching those who need help the most. As Dave often says, "take care of each other." DMB's music has helped so many of us through tough times. Our organization wants to see people through their tough times as well so they can see themselves as strong, resilient, and worthy of a better life.

MTH has a truly unique approach in providing holistic support for those suffering from addiction, PTSD and life traumas, eating disorders, depression, and other mental health issues. They combine group exercise sessions followed by a group support meetings to foster community and an improved sense of wellbeing through a body-mind connection. Members also receive free or discounted gym memberships so they can enjoy the benefits of exercise on their own schedule. They also receive individual therapy sessions with licensed counselors at access to nutrition counseling at no cost.

The impact MTH has had is profound. Many feel participating in MTH has been life changing and, for some, life saving.

At the beginning of the 2025 tour I did 2 watercolors that I had printed on paper coasters to hand out as swag and I have a LOT left over. I would love to share them with my DMB family while supporting our MTH community. I will mail a set of 4 coasters to anyone who makes a donation of $10 or more. I am covering postage -- all proceeds will go directly to MTH. I have more Grey Street coasters than Raven ones so if you only want Grey Street please put it in the notes.

I will mail them out on Fridays and I'll keep going until they're gone. We can do this!
