Join Us for Operation Jump Start’s 2026 Scholars' Day Celebration!

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable occasion—Scholars’ Day 2026 on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the Long Beach Yacht Club!

This special day is a celebration of resilience, ambition, and community as we honor the remarkable achievements of our graduating senior class. These students are more than scholars; they are pioneers, the first in their families to embark on the transformative journey of higher education.

Much like a commencement ceremony, Scholars' Day brings together students, families, mentors, and our OJS community to celebrate the heart of our mission—turning college aspirations into reality.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of hosting inspiring keynote speakers, including CSULB President Jane Close Conley, UC Davis Chancellor Gary May, and Congressman Robert Garcia. Their words remind us of the importance of collective commitment to educational equity and opportunity.

This event is for everyone who believes in the power of education to change lives. Whether you're a longtime supporter, a mentor, a community member, or someone who simply shares our vision, we invite you to be part of this milestone celebration.

Save the date, spread the word, and join us for a day that embodies the spirit of possibility and the boundless potential of our scholars. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
