Every Bakersfield City Ballet dancer represents an investment in the future of the arts in our community. The Dancer Sponsorship Program helps offset the cost of providing exceptional training, dancer supplies, performance opportunities, performance stipend, and professional development throughout the season while keeping participation accessible for talented young artists.

Please Note: The first $800 raised on behalf of each dancer helps offset the direct costs associated with participation in Bakersfield City Ballet throughout the season. Sponsorships received above the dancer incentive thresholds help strengthen the organization as a whole by supporting productions, costumes, choreography, guest artists, musician fees, scholarships, and other artistic and educational programs that benefit every dancer. Multiple sponsors may combine to reach a sponsorship level. For example, two gifts of $600 will qualify a dancer for the Premier Company Member Sponsor benefits. Likewise, multiple gifts totaling $1,500 qualify a dancer for the Artist Development Sponsor benefits.
