Twenty-five years ago, Impact's first chapter meeting fit in a single room. A handful of students, a big prayer, and a simple conviction: when students live out their faith, support each other in love, and bring the hope of Christ to their friends and classmates, whole communities change.

Today, Impact ministers to just over 1,000 students in area schools every single week! And as we celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we believe God is opening doors to new regions and school communities.

Season of Growth is our two-year expansion initiative.

Your gifts support:

Expanding Impact into Erie, Buffalo, and additional school communities in our region
Building the infrastructure needed to support 25 new student-led chapters over the next two years
Equipping student leaders and volunteers with stronger training and resources
Strengthening communication, operational efficiencies, and our online presence

As a key first step this season, the board has called Dave Anderson—our board chair for the past seven years—into a new part-time role as Director of Operations, reporting to Executive Director Steve Atwater and working alongside Jon Meyer, Director of Elementary Students, and Mark Summers, Director of Development. This role strengthens the organizational systems and volunteer coordination behind the ministry, so our staff and student leaders can focus more on ministry and less on administration. Recurring monthly gifts are vital to this transition, providing the predictable support needed to sustain this Season of Growth.

Whether you have partnered with Impact for years or a letter from a friend brought you here today, thank you. Every gift, one-time or monthly, plants seeds on campuses we have not yet reached.

Give today, and let's watch what God grows.
