Join us at Harvest Kitchen in Pawtucket for a conversation about Seaweed! As a group, we will be watching the video about kelp farming; it features Brad Leone, a former Bon Appetit Chef, and Atlantic Sea Farms, a kelp company off the coast of Portland, ME! After, Suzie, from Stonington Kelp Co., will lead the group through a discussion and sampling of Kelp from Stonington, CT. Harvest Kitchen will be catering an assortment of kelp inspired snacks! Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available.
