Every dog who joins The Happy Pet Project deserves the chance to begin their next chapter healthy, safe, and loved.

Before adoption, each Happy Pet receives the medical care they need, including vaccines, preventatives, spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, and treatment for more complex conditions like heartworm disease, mange, chronic infections, and other medical challenges.

No two journeys are the same. Some dogs need only routine care. Others require weeks or months of treatment before they're ready to find their forever family.

This is the care every dog deserves, but it comes at a cost.

As we celebrate Happy Pet's Second Chance Summer, we're asking our community to help strengthen our Medical Fund so we can continue saying "yes" to dogs in need and be prepared when unexpected medical emergencies arise.
