Be Part of Something Bigger: Restore Coral Reefs at Scale!

Welcome to SECORE International, where our brand is innovation! Our name is derived from a combination of the first two letters of the words SExual COral REproduction, which speaks to our comprehensive approach to coral reef restoration.

At SECORE we’re not just planting new corals; we’re giving reefs a fighting chance against rising temperatures and human impact, by raising genetically diverse coral offspring.

Although they occupy less than 1% of the earth's seafloor, tropical coral reefs are home to at least 25% of known marine species, providing food, shelter, resting and refuge for millions of species including turtles, dolphins, whales and manta rays.

Nearly one billion people live in coastal regions near coral reefs, depending on them for their livelihoods.

Coral reefs also act as a natural barrier during hurricanes and other weather disturbances.

With our global network of partners and our innovative restoration techniques, we can restore these vital ecosystems, ensuring they thrive for generations to come. We are getting involved before it's too late!

Support SECORE by contributing to our page, or by creating your own. Making a donation is easy and safe. Because of the generosity of investors like you, we are able to continue our work to give coral reefs a fighting chance.

So, let’s not wait, let's do this together. 🪸✨
