The International Network of Street Papers is convening for its biannual 4-day summit this September in Glasgow, Scotland. Congratulations to vendor and writer Felicia Wilbert, and board member Jacob Fallman, for being selected to represent Groundcover News on the global stage!

The summit will be hosted at Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU), which is known as the “University for the Common Good,” due to its role above and beyond delivering educational and research opportunities. GCU also houses the Global Street Paper Archives, a collection of 8,000 street paper publications from across the world.

The focus of summit programming is on Journalism, Strategy, Organizational Development, and Supporting people in poverty. Groundcover News will be presenting on our Freelance Writing Program as part of a panel. Cultural activities and the INSP Awards will also be part of the program.
