The San Francisco Latino Task Force was built by community, for community.

What began as a grassroots response to urgent community needs has grown into a powerful network of community leaders, organizations, partners, and residents working together to protect, support, and create opportunities for San Francisco’s Latino and immigrant families.

For many of the families we serve, immigration status affects nearly every part of daily life. It can impact access to employment, healthcare, housing, legal support, education, and even whether a family feels safe asking for help. LTF works to make sure our immigrant community is not navigating those challenges alone.

Every day, we connect families to trusted resources, emergency support, immigration services, workforce opportunities, food access, health and wellness programs, youth programming, and direct community services. We also help families understand their rights, connect with trusted legal and community partners, and access support during moments of uncertainty, displacement, or crisis.

Our work goes beyond referrals.

We show up when families are afraid or in crisis. We mobilize when immigration enforcement or policy changes create new needs in our neighborhoods. We create opportunities for young people and adults to build careers regardless of the barriers they may face. We support elders and multigenerational families. We advocate for equitable public investment and policies that recognize the dignity, contributions, and needs of immigrant communities.

And when an unexpected need arises, our team and partners move quickly because our community already knows where to find us.

By supporting the SF Latino Task Force, you are investing in more than one program or service. You are strengthening a trusted, community-led network that can respond to immediate needs while also building long-term solutions for immigrant families, workers, youth, elders, and future generations.

Every contribution strengthens our ability to be there when our community needs us most.

Your contribution may help a family access emergency assistance, connect an immigrant resident to trusted resources, provide meals, support workforce training, create opportunities for youth, expand health outreach, sustain community events, or provide the staff and infrastructure necessary to keep these services accessible.

Our work has always been:

Community Led. Community Driven. Community Implemented.

And with your support, it can also be community sustained.

Donate today and help us protect, strengthen, and create opportunity for San Francisco’s Latino and immigrant communities.
