For the past 10 years, the Smith Family Foundation has invested in community, leadership, and opportunity by turning a financial blessing into a lasting community resource. In doing so, we have carried forward a tradition deeply rooted in Black communities—looking after one another, caring for neighbors, and sharing what we have so our communities can thrive.

As we celebrate our 10th anniversary and conclude Black Philanthropy Month, we invite you to help carry this tradition forward. To mark this milestone, we are launching the 10 for 10 Collective Giving Fund to celebrate the Joy in Black Giving and bring people together in support of small, Black-led nonprofits throughoutNew Jersey.

Together, we will raise $100,000 to provide grants that strengthen communities across our state. Join us by forming a Circle of 10 with your family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, classmates, your congregation, or your organization. Then, invite each member of your circle to make a gift of $10, $100, $1,000, $10,000, or any amount in between. Every gift matters, and every circle helps strengthen our communities.
