About the Event

Five years ago, parents didn't have a collective voice to elevate the needs of SF's 50,000 public school kids. You changed that.

Over the last five years, SF Parents has united families to demand the systemic changes our city's students deserve. Together, families, teachers, and community leaders have fought for—and won—meaningful change: from overhauling outdated reading and math programs and replacing them with research-backed ones, to budget fixes that will prevent state takeover, to putting student success at the center of every district decision. Parents shouldn’t have had to work this hard, but they did it anyway.

Now we celebrate—and prepare for what's next.

Join us for our 5-Year Anniversary Celebration—an afternoon of reflection, inspiration, and community connection. We’ll look back at how far we’ve come, honor the parents and kids who made it possible, and chart the bold vision for the next five years. Expect fun activities for kids and adults alike, inspirational speakers, and food and drink.

Tickets are suggested donations at the levels below - but we want you there regardless of what you can contribute. Select the option that works for you. Each attendee needs their own ticket. This invitation allows you to reserve up to 2 adult tickets and up to 4 children’s tickets.

$250 – Champion Sponsor

Stand with us at the highest level of support. Champion Sponsors help sustain SF Parents Coalition’s advocacy and ensure strong public schools for all San Francisco families.

$150 – Advocate Sponsor

Show your commitment to parent-powered change in our schools. Advocate Sponsors provide meaningful support to keep our work moving forward. Includes admission for two adults and two children. We will contact you for details regarding your additional guests.

We want you with us, whether or not you can purchase a ticket. Please email hello@sfparents.org to inquire about free tickets if cost is a barrier.

Proceeds from ticket sales will be divided equally between SF Parents Coalition (501c3, tax-deductible) and SF Parents Action (501c4, not tax-deductible).
