Community Conversations & Certification
This is where youth and adults come together in structured, immersive dialogue. Over 120+ hours of training in facilitation, communicating across difference, restorative practices, implicit bias, power and privilege, and community planning create a cohort of certified youth facilitators who are ready to lead courageous conversations in neighborhoods, schools, and systems.

Youth Education & Empowerment
We invest in young people as agents of change. Through programming and curricula in financial literacy, health systems navigation, civic fluency, and self-advocacy, they gain the knowledge to understand, challenge, and transform the systems around them. This work is rooted in real community evidence — so our programs are both rigorous and responsive.

Cross-Sector Coalition Building
CAC brings together schools, universities, nonprofits, healthcare providers, and funders to build strategic, equity-centered collaboratives. These coalitions break down silos, share power, and accelerate lasting impact.

Affinity Groups
We create safe, identity-based spaces where people can reflect, heal, and grow together. These affinity circles are grounded in empathy, accountability, and shared leadership in responding to the personal and communal needs of participants.
