H.F.T.D. is a movement centered on proactive prevention. We don't wait for the breaking point; we work "upstream" to create environments where talking about mental health is normal and asking for help is met with support rather than judgment.

We meet people where they’re at—in coffee shops, at concerts, in schools, and in workplaces. We raise the visibility of resources so they are impossible to ignore.
