Youth leadership development through Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)
Interact Clubs at Lee High School and Young Women’s Leadership Academy (YWLA)
International exchange students, bringing global connections to Midland
Scholarships for Midland College students, especially in Career & technology programs
Local partnerships and service projects, including support for organizations like The Dream Center

In addition to these efforts, Midland West Rotary actively identifies and responds to needs within our community throughout the year—supporting projects that make a real and lasting difference.
