Prom season may feel like it’s already in full swing, but for many students, they’re still wondering if they’ll be able to attend this milestone event. 💫

In Westchester County, we’ve seen a significant increase in students attending our events over the past three years, with teens coming from nearly every school district in the area. While we gratefully continue to accept donations of prom dresses and tuxedos, there are still items we often need to purchase—including plus-size formal wear, women’s-fit tuxedos, and shapewear such as strapless bras. 👗🤵‍♀️

With your support, we can ensure that every student feels comfortable and confident—something so many teens struggle with every day. 💖 Operation Prom is about more than making prom dreams come true; it’s about helping young people feel empowered, included, and proud as they celebrate their academic achievements alongside their peers. 🎓✨

Please join us for our biggest vendor marketplace on Saturday, April 25th from 11 AM–2 PM at 55 Church Street in White Plains. 🛍️ Our generous vendors will be donating a percentage of their sales to Operation Prom. The event is free to attend, but you can increase your impact by purchasing raffle tickets—and you do not need to be present to win! 🎟️

We are also raising funds for our annual scholarship supporting students pursuing careers in the fashion and cosmetology industries. 💄✂️ In honor of our founder’s late grandmother and aunt—who dedicated their lives as a bridal gown seamstress and nail technician—we established the Maria Salva and Sandra Pernicone Scholarships. Together, these scholarships have already provided over $12,000 to students studying in these fields. 🎓💐
