**** HELP SUGAR WITH HER MEDICAL NEEDS ***

Though Sugar has made amazing progress in training and everyone was getting excited about her potential to find a home, unfortunately she will no be available for adoption at this time. Now that her trainer is able to touch her all over, problems in her vaginal area were found. Upon veterinary examination, it was discovered that Sugar has a large squamous cell carcinoma in her vaginal area that is too large and too close to the urethra to safely remove at this time. She has been started on a chemotherapy regimen in hopes that the tumor will shrink enough to be removed.

Sugar will remain with her trainer, Cara, during her treatment which will include monthly chemotherapy that will likely cost about $200 and hopefully surgery some . If you'd like to help with the costs of Sugar's treatment, donations made to this fundraiser will help pay her vet bills over the next several months.

For even more fun we are holding a White Elephant Ticket Raffle. For every dollar donated you will have a ticket put into Sugar's jar at the Showdown. There is one large prize to be drawn from the Fan Favorite jar ... and then we'll start drawing for smaller prizes based on amount raised. The team with the least amount of donations will draw a winner first, and the winner will chose a prize. The next amount will have the opportunity to steal their prize or pick a new one. If the prize is stolen, the person who lost their prize can either steal another or pick a new prize.

All prizes other than the grand prize will be in the $20-40 range. Prizes can only be stolen twice; once it is stolen the second time the person keeps it. You do not need to be present to win. If you are not present, you can nominate someone to choose for you or a volunteer will choose a prize for you from the table. Winner to pay any shipping required to receive their prize.
