Story

Silverwork is a short film written by internationally acclaimed solo performing artist Katie Nixon and directed by Allison Dayne. As Hollywood navigates how to move forward, Littlefoot Productions aims to make art ethically. Silverwork--inspired by A Court of Silver Flames from the Sarah J Maas universe--will feature local Erie sites, feature professional Erie-based actors, and help to employ actors and creatives from across the country while everything is shut down. The cast includes Broadway alum Maria Wirries, and Atlanta's Waseem Rahim. A note from the screenwriter: "It is my life's mission to create world-altering art. I believe that films should illuminate the side of humanity that is too vulnerable to put into words. Silverwork explores the process of getting up after your world has been shattered, learning to trust again, and discovering that we are all worthy of love."
