The Story Behind SIP 2026

In every generation, there are moments when a community comes together—not just to celebrate, but to invest in what comes next.

The Kappa Xi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.—widely known as the Wall Street Alphas—will host SIP: The Ultimate Wine & Spirits Tasting Experience at the iconic Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater studios in New York City. What began as a signature spring gathering has grown into something far more meaningful: an evening where fellowship, culture, and purpose converge.

SIP brings together community leaders, professionals, partners, and friends for a celebration of craftsmanship—found in the art of winemaking and distillation, but also in the cultivation of leadership, mentorship, and service.

(Gaining Essential Networking Tools for Success) Program, powered by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.’s Project Alpha initiative. Through mentorship and intentional programming, the initiative equips young men with the tools they need to lead meaningful lives—developing confidence, character, and the skills necessary to navigate college, career, and community leadership.

Throughout the evening, guests will experience:
