The race is on.

This semester, the sisters are going head-to-head with the brothers to see who can rally our community first. Our goal is to raise $4,000—part of an overall $8,000 effort directly funding Houston MSA General Operations for the 2026–2027 academic year.

UH MSA is entirely student-run. Every event, space, and resource exists because our community shows up to make it happen. Every dollar raised by the sisters goes directly toward keeping our campus community thriving:

• Sisterhood Socials & Signature Events — creating spaces where sisters can connect, unwind, and build lifelong bonds.

• General Body Meetings — uniting hundreds of students across campus throughout the semester.

• Chaplaincy & Mentorship — providing accessible personal and spiritual guidance when students need it most.

• Dawah & Campus Outreach — sharing the beauty and true teachings of Islam across the University of Houston.

• Weekly Jumu'ah — keeping essential campus services running smoothly every Friday.

By winning the race, we will give 2 rewards: a Group Reward and Three Individual Rewards.

Group Reward: Sisters will get to change the Brothers' WhatsApp group profile picture until the start of Ramadan

Individual Rewards:

Top 3 sisters who raise the most amount of money will get their own rewards:
1st Place: Receive a Free 26-27 MSA Merch and 2 other Free Merches from any MSA year + $50 gift card
2nd Place: Receive a Free 26-27 MSA Merch and 1 other Free Merch from any MSA year + $25 gift card
3rd Place: Receive a Free 26-27 MSA Merch + $10 gift card
