The Springfield Area Arts Council in partnership with Downtown Springfield, Inc. and Springfield Park District are excited to bring our community another year of free Shakespeare plays to Enos Park featuring the Starling Shakespeare Company.

Expect two fun performances for all ages! The Starling Shakespeare Company will present Hamlet and Comedy of Errors. Both performances are free, with RSVP seating available for only $25. All sales support SAAC's mission to enrich the community through the arts.

Free! Bring your chairs and blankets to enjoy the show.
$25 VIP Tickets: front row seats will be reserved for those who purchase a ticket. All proceeds support SAAC's efforts to bring free and accessible arts programming to the community.

Food

Vendors will be on-site selling snacks and drinks.
Attendees are welcome to picnic on the lawn. If you don’t want to make your own picnic dinner, we encourage you to support local restaurants by picking up takeout on your way to the park.

In the event of inclement weather, all performances will be moved inside to Third Presbyterian Church, 1030 N 7th St, Springfield, IL.
