In consideration of the purpose and covenants below, the parties hereto agree to the terms and conditions contained herein:

The recipient of this RSVP, and, where applicable, his/her/their parent(s) or legal custodian agree to indemnify Our Santa Fe River, Inc. (OSFR) against any and all liability or expense, including attorney’s fees, except as a result of intentional acts of negligence by OSFR as the result of individual’s participation in the event or activity noted above.

The undersigned individual and, where applicable, his/her/their minor children further waives any liability for personal injuries and/or personal property damage that may result from this activity or other activities of OSFR, and agrees to hold harmless OSFR for such injury or damage except by acts of intentional negligence as noted above.

The below signed individual and, where applicable, his/her/their minor children hereby grant OSFR, or anyone duly authorized by OSFR, the irrevocable and perpetual right to record, photograph, and use, as OSFR may desire in its sole and absolute discretion, all recordings and reproductions or depictions of my name, likeness, voice, persona, words, and actions.

This Waiver of Liability is to extend for one (1) year from the date of the event.
