We’re opening the April rent support for our most vulnerable neighbors.

This is for neighbors at the most urgent stage—folx with 14-day notices and folx whose landlords have already filed. For these neighbors, things move fast. Court timelines, fees, records—it snowballs quickly.

We’ve already done the negotiating, the stalling, the resource connecting. At this point, this money is the only option to keep these families housed.

The total to stabilize this group is $19,471.

I know people are tired. I am too. Eviction timelines don’t slow down because we’re burnt out.

If you’ve given before, thank you! If you have the capacity to give again, even a little, it matters right now.

If you don’t have capacity, sharing is just as helpful—but what’s even more helpful is texting 2–3 people directly and asking them to show up.

We’ve been holding this with very little institutional support, and we can't take our foot off the gas right now.
