Our Story: Why We Soar

She Who Soars was born from a simple, powerful belief: every woman deserves a second chance to rewrite her story.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering women who have overcome life’s toughest battles — including domestic violence, addiction recovery, mental health struggles, cancer survivors, and surviving any other type of trauma. Many of the women we serve are starting over, often with nothing but determination and a desire to heal, grow, and thrive.

Through our mentorship program, we walk alongside them as they rebuild their lives. We help them rediscover their voice, gain confidence, secure housing and employment, and develop the tools to sustain long-term success. We provide not only resources, but a sisterhood — a community that uplifts, encourages, and believes in the power of transformation.

Every dollar raised in this campaign helps us continue that mission — whether it’s providing work attire for job interviews, covering a workshop on financial literacy, or helping a mother find safe shelter for her children.

We believe in second chances. We believe in community. And most of all, we believe in HER.
