“What Do We Carry? The Living Impact of History on the Body, Mind, and the Collective”

Part of The Well Collective’s 2026 Intersecting History, Healing & Humanity Lecture Series, this evening gathering invites participants into a thoughtful exploration of memory, identity, inheritance, resilience, and the living impact of history on the body, mind, and the collective. Together, we will contemplate how personal and shared histories shape the ways we move through the world, relate to one another, and imagine our future.

Hosted at The Valentine, the evening will begin with a Garden Social (weather permitting) featuring food and beverages, followed by a lecture and guided dialogue designed to encourage learning, connection, contemplation, and meaningful conversation across perspectives and experiences.

This offering is open to community members, educators, leaders, creatives, and all who are interested in engaging the intersections of history, humanity, and collective well-being.
