Soil to Soul Raffle – Official Rules

The Soil to Soul Raffle is conducted by Les Dames d'Escoffier Austin, a nonprofit organization, in conjunction with the Soil to Soul fundraising event.

Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
Raffle ticket purchasers must be legally eligible to participate under applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Void where prohibited by law.

Raffle Ticket Sales

Raffle tickets may be purchased through Givebutter or at the Soil to Soul event, while supplies last.
All ticket sales are final and are considered charitable contributions supporting the mission of Les Dames d'Escoffier Austin.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Drawing

Winning tickets will be selected by random drawing on September 17, 2026.
Winners do not need to be present to win.
Winners will be notified using the phone number and/or email address provided when purchasing raffle tickets.

Prize Pickup

Prizes must be picked up in Austin, Texas.

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or reporting requirements associated with accepting a prize.

General Conditions

By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Les Dames d'Escoffier Austin, which are final.
Les Dames d'Escoffier Austin reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
Personal information collected through raffle ticket purchases will be used solely for administering the raffle and communicating with participants and will not be sold to third parties.
