This 90-minute trauma-informed experiential workshop invites participants to reflect on ways their body participates in their daily life.

Through gentle embodied practices using mindfulness of the body, guided imagining, and optional self-touch, participants will begin to explore places where the body they’re in now offers support to them.

Instead of an educational presentation, this class will focus on exploring the possibility of the body being a resource.

In addition to embodied practices, this class will also include space to share and reflect.

No prior experience is needed, and all participation is by invitation, at each participant’s own pace.
