First responders face repeated exposure to stress and trauma. In professions built on strength and reliability, conversations about mental health don’t always come easily.

Stop Our Stigma is expanding access to practical mental health resources and training opportunities.

Topics will include:

New education grants making resiliency training available to personnel who have not previously had access
Application-based stipends to help offset out-of-pocket mental health care costs
Mental health resources for first responders, along with programs that help families better recognize signs of stress or struggle

There is no cost to attend. Breakfast will be provided. Optional donations welcome.

No one who serves should have to carry it alone.
