Your pet is officially registered for our Spay & Neuter Initiative at Palm Valley Animal Society.

Thank you for taking this important step toward keeping your pet and our community healthy.

Please review your confirmation email and the information available at https://www.pvastx.org/spayandneuter before your appointment. Your clinic-day instructions include important information about check-in, drop-off, required documents, and preparing your pet for surgery.

Before your appointment, please remember to:

Bring proof of your pet’s Rabies vaccination, if applicable. If your pet is not current, a Rabies vaccine may be required at the time of service.

Keep your pet securely restrained. Dogs must arrive on a secure leash (staff will switch out leashes upon arrival), and cats must arrive in a carrier. No loose pets will be accepted.

Bring your payment receipt, either digitally or printed.

Do not feed your pet after 12:00 midnight the evening before surgery. Please follow any additional fasting instructions provided by the clinic.

Please note: This confirmation email serves as one of multiple records confirming that you reviewed, acknowledged, and agreed to PVAS’s digital waiver and required acknowledgments during registration. Your completed registration, including the required acknowledgment fields, serves as confirmation of your acceptance of those terms. You may be asked to complete or confirm additional documentation at check-in if needed.

Our team will review the information you submitted and will contact you if anything additional is needed before your appointment.

We look forward to seeing you and your pet at the Laurie P. Andrews Center in Edinburg.

Together, we’re helping build a healthier future for pets across the Rio Grande Valley. 🐾

Payment Policy: All payments for this appointment are final and non-refundable. Any additional day-of services or items, including microchips, vaccines, e-collars/cones, laboratory services, medications, or special-order items, are charged at the time of service and are non-refundable once provided or dispensed. If PVAS must reschedule your clinic appointment, the full amount paid will be issued as an account credit
