SpeakOUT Boston has been sharing the stories of the LGBTQ+ community since 1972 within schools and colleges, faith communities, workplaces, community organizations, public libraries and more! We believe in the power of personal stories to open minds and change attitudes and we've witnessed that for over 50 years!

Every gift during our SpeakOUT Day campaign sends a powerful message. It says that LGBTQ+ stories deserve to be heard. And it says that understanding is stronger than fear. Most of all, it tells our speakers—and every LGBTQ+ person who hears them—that our community will not be silenced.
