Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

CSAs are becoming more and more popular.  What are they?  Why are they important as we focus more and more on planetary health?  These organic farms provide locally grown, seasonal food to community members.  This new film project will follow CSAs from farm to table--including how to prepare some of the produce you get in your box!
