Black leaders carry extraordinary responsibility in our organizations, businesses, institutions and communities. We hold vision. We solve problems. We make a way. We build things that matter. And we deserve spaces that invest in us, too.

The Black Executive Leadership Academy (BELA) is an eight-week leadership experience created for Black leaders to learn, reflect, build community and strengthen how they lead.

BELA is rigorous, yes. But there is also room for joy. For laughter. For truth-telling. For exhaling. For being in community with other Black leaders who understand what it means to carry both responsibility and possibility.

Your contribution helps make that experience possible for another leader.

A gift of $1,750 sponsors one BELA Leader for the full Founding Cohort experience. Gifts of any amount can contribute toward a BELA Leadership Fellowship, helping reduce the financial barrier for a leader who belongs in this Village.

When you sponsor a BELA Leader, you are investing in more than one person. You are investing in the people they lead, the organizations and businesses they build, the communities they serve, and the possibilities they will help create.

Help make BELA possible for a Black leader.
