Every girl deserves more than encouragement—she deserves practical skills, trusted guidance, and an opportunity to build her own future.

Pink Diamond Gals Inc. created Diamond Sitters Academy to prepare girls for safe, responsible babysitting and their first income-earning opportunities. Participants gain hands-on education in child safety, emergency preparedness, professionalism, confidence, introductory entrepreneurship, and CPR/AED skills.

A $125 gift sponsors one girl’s complete Academy experience, including training, certification resources, learning materials, safety supplies, and the support she needs to complete the program with confidence.

Our $2,500 goal will provide 20 Sponsor-a-Diamond scholarships so family finances do not prevent a girl from participating.

Your impact:

$25 — Provides classroom and safety supplies

$50 — Supports training and certification materials

$125 — Sponsors one girl through Diamond Sitters Academy

$625 — Sponsors a full five-girl cohort

When you sponsor a Diamond, you are not simply paying for a class. You are helping a girl learn how to protect others, lead responsibly, earn income, and recognize the value already within her.

Built through pressure. Born to shine. 💎
