This September, Garay Cooperative Network is launching 30 Days to Sponsor a Guiding Star, a community fundraising campaign supporting students and families participating in Guiding Star Academy.

Our goal is simple:

Raise $10,000 in 30 days.

Your support will help expand access to technology, AI learning tools, educational materials, Learning Hub resources, student projects, and hands-on learning experiences.

$3,200 — AI Learning Tools
SuperGrok access supporting mothers participating in our Learning Hubs.

$2,500 — Hands-On Learning & Student Experiences
Educational activities, field trips, transportation, admissions, enrichment activities, and student and family learning experiences.

$1,800 — Learning Hub Tablets & Protection
Helping equip our first group of Learning Hubs with dedicated learning tablets and protective equipment.

$1,200 — High School Guiding Star Launch Kits
Backpacks, project journals, learning supplies, Goal Cards, Student Access resources, and materials to begin their Guiding Star journey.

$1,000 — Microsoft Learning Access
Digital tools supporting students and families participating in the program.

$300 — PreK Welcome Program
Welcome bags, backpacks, educational materials, family resources, and Coopi for our youngest Guiding Stars.

Building Skills for the Future

Through our HomePoints approach, students are encouraged to grow through academics, hands-on skills, leadership, teamwork, family and community engagement, and personal responsibility.

Our long-term vision is to connect the work students do today with greater opportunities for education, career readiness, self-sufficiency, and pathways toward stable homeownership.
