Every summer, Lifeline sees an influx of amazing, adoptable kittens waiting for homes. This year, we want to make sure as many of them as possible are ready to find families before our biggest adoption event of the summer: Clear the Shelters weekend on August 15th and 16th.

For just $65, you can sponsor a kitten and help us cover the cost of spay/neuter, vaccines, and microchipping. These general sponsorships will be reserved for Clear the Shelters weekend, allowing us to offer half-priced kitten adoptions and help more kittens find homes during one of our biggest adoption events of the year.

Want to sponsor a kitten who has already stolen your heart? For $75, you can choose exactly which available Lifeline kitten you would like to sponsor. We will honor the sponsorship as soon as it is received and reduce that kitten’s adoption fee, making this option perfect for foster families who want to help their foster kitten find a home, volunteers with a favorite kitten, or anyone who wants to give a specific kitten an extra boost.

No matter which option you choose, you’ll also have the opportunity to include a personal message for the kitten you sponsor. We’ll share your message with their future adopter so they know someone was cheering for their new family member before they ever met.

Adoption fees help offset the cost of caring for every animal who comes through Lifeline, but they never cover the full expense. On average, Lifeline spends approximately $450 per animal in our care. Your sponsorship helps us prepare more kittens for adoption, offer reduced adoption fees, and create space and resources to help the next animals who need us.

Our previous Clear the Shelters events have resulted in record breaking adoption weekends. With your help, we hope to make this year’s event another incredible opportunity to send kittens home and make room to save more lives.
