What to expect

Autrey Mill is a welcoming destination for families, school groups, seniors, and nature lovers. Walk our shaded trails, watch for native wildlife in the wetlands, and step back in time among historic buildings carefully moved to the preserve to preserve the stories of the local farming community.

Visitor Center & Farm Museum

Our Visitor Center and Farm Museum combine living history with wildlife care. You’ll find rescued animals alongside historic tools, household items, and exhibits that illuminate everyday life on the farm.

Programs & events

We offer hands-on programs for children, interpretive hikes, volunteer opportunities, and senior-focused events. Many programs are free or low-cost—your visit and support help keep them accessible to the community.
