Join us for seven consecutive mornings of grounding practice during Spring Equinox week. Each morning from 7:00–7:30 a.m. EST, we gather on Zoom for a guided practice led by a different facilitator, artist, healer, or contemplative teacher.

Theme: Grounding

This cycle creates space for morning practices that anchor us in our bodies, our immediate environments, and our relationships to land and lineage as each day begins. We pause to ask: What grounds us? What anchors us? What keeps us steady as the season shifts?

What We'll Explore Together

Through meditation, breathwork, creative expression, movement, reflection, and compassionate presence, we'll cultivate:

Earth contact - our physical relationship to the ground beneath us
Home ground - the spaces we inhabit and wake up in
Body as ground - sensation as anchor, morning embodiment
Ancestral ground - those who hold us, lineage and memory
Spring Equinox balance - honoring the threshold between seasons

The Seven-Day Arc

We begin with an opening session that welcomes everyone and establishes the container. Each morning explores a different dimension of grounding—from literal earth contact to ancestral support.

Friday, March 20 is the Spring Equinox itself, the balance point between winter and spring, equal day and night. We honor this threshold with a special ceremonial session.

We close on Saturday, March 21, integrating the week's practices and naming what we're carrying forward.
