Survived & Punished NY is a volunteer grassroots organization working to realize our vision of freedom for criminalized and incarcerated survivors. Our work relies on grassroots donations, and we see giving as an entry point to solidarity as well as a site of political education, action, and mutual growth for all folks involved.

We run a mutual aid operation in order to send our inside members sustained commissary support and care packages every month. This work is a life-sustaining intervention, pushing back against the death-making and abandonment of life inside prison walls. It also calls for significant financial resources—resources that we don’t always have but that we consistently try to raise in order to support our friends and comrades inside. Recently, our funds have been running very low, which impacts our inside members’ wellbeing. We need help so we can continue supporting them, and we’ve collected a beautiful array of offerings that you can check out, with each raffle ticket priced at $5!

Our giving is oriented towards the possibility of creating mutually nourishing connections. We envision a future that acknowledges the interconnectedness of people and that genuinely affirms all life. Where life is precious, life is precious.

This raffle runs from April 1 until April 8 at 11:45 p.m. Please be sure to purchase your raffle tickets before then! We will announce winners on our Instagram on April 10, and will reach out to coordinate delivery of the offerings individually.
