SRARCOU began with a simple understanding: meaningful change happens when people show up — in person, with care, creativity, and respect.

In 2024, we arrived in Detroit to begin community outreach work centered on direct support and connection. Although early logistical challenges reshaped the original plan, they also clarified the vision: to build the mobile, adaptable outreach model capable of reaching people across regions rather than remaining in one place.

Today, SRARCOU is developing the Mobile Church Community Outreach Van — the traveling hub for service, music, storytelling, and essential support. The van will journey from Detroit to California and back, stopping in communities along the way to offer practical care, creative pop-ups, and moments of connection.

Our outreach includes:

Distribution of community support kits with essential items

Mobile music pop-ups that create space for gathering and expression

Storytelling, testimony and vlogging that honors real lives, places, and resilience

Community presence rooted in dignity, respect, and shared humanity

SRARCOU is about presence, movement, and building unity through action.

Every act of support helps turn miles into moments of care, and strangers into community.
