Special Blessings for the Youth of our Parish!

Our parish and school community have a beautiful opportunity to build something visible, meaningful, and lasting together — a 2,000-piece commemorative puzzle honoring Saint Carlo Acutis.

The St. Carlo Acutis Puzzle

St. Carlo Acutis is often recognized as the Patron Saint of Youth and Technology. Recently, a St. Greg’s School parent inquired about creating a separate, unique section to the Donor listings entitled “With Blessings for …” with a focus on the youth of the St. Greg’s Parish and School.

For a donation of $25, you may sponsor a puzzle piece. Each piece represents one member of our parish family — a visible reminder that we are many parts, but one Body in Christ.

When all the pieces come together, they will form a framed image of St. Carlo. Our St. Greg’s School students will assemble portions of the puzzle in a special school gathering, and the completed piece will be displayed in our parish for all to see.

Every donor’s name will be recorded and recognized as part of this collective gift.

This opportunity will offer the parents or grandparents to purchase one or more puzzle pieces and, for example, list it as “With Blessings for Juliana and Ethan Sullivan” or “With Blessings for the children and grandchildren of the Marty Flynn Family.”

Each dedication becomes part of this shared expression of faith and community.

An Invitation Born from Generosity

We are deeply grateful to share that all symbolic sponsorship opportunities (see below) — including the Rosary — were prayerfully claimed within the first 24 hours. This extraordinary response reflects the unity and devotion of our parish community.

Inspired by this outpouring of faith, we are pleased to offer a new opportunity to participate in the spiritual meaning the Rosary represents:

Sponsorship of the Mysteries of the Rosary — $500 each

While the Rosary remains a single, exclusively sponsored symbol within the commemorative image, parishioners are now invited to sponsor one of the Mysteries of the Rosary — entering more deeply into the life of Christ through prayer. Each Mystery sponsorship is a spiritual offering for our parish and school community and will be recognized as a living expression of devotion.

In this way, one symbol continues to unite many hearts.

We are grateful for the many ways our parish family continues to build something holy — together. The opportunity to purchase one of more mysteries will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition to individual puzzle pieces, we are also offering families and benefactors the opportunity to underwrite meaningful symbolic elements within the image - much like sponsoring a stained-glass window while parishioners still dedicate individual panes.

These sponsorships help offset project costs and strengthen the impact of this effort. Importantly, sponsors are not “buying” these pieces instead of others; rather, they are underwriting them in addition to the individual donors attached to those puzzle selections.
