Our capital campaign, A Stable Future, will create a permanent home where horses in need can heal and thrive. With new facilities, expanded resources, and dedicated staff, we can secure our mission for generations to come.

Our Campus Plan: Building a Stable Future

Our campus plan is designed in phases to expand care for horses in need.

Phase 1 includes a 40-horse barn with 20 interior stalls and 20 exterior run-outs, along with a secure lower pasture for grazing, turnout, and exercise.
Phase 2 includes a Special Needs Barn accommodating up to 20 horses, with 10 interior stalls, 10 exterior run-outs, and a dedicated ICU stall. A covered arena and campus-wide renovations will further support rehabilitation, training, community programs, and an improved experience for horses, staff, volunteers, and visitors.

Together, these improvements create a safe, functional, and welcoming campus where abused and neglected horses can heal, rebuild trust, and find loving homes.

After witnessing the heartbreaking conditions faced by horses in need, Theresa Wahl discovered Horse Haven of Tennessee and felt compelled to help.

“When I first learned about Horse Haven’s mission, I immediately connected with the idea of providing a second chance to animals who had been mistreated or abandoned,” Theresa says. "My support is part of something much bigger than a building. It’s about giving these horses a better life and ensuring that Horse Haven can continue its lifesaving work for years to come.”
