STEADY is a community wellness program offering free or donation based, accessible yoga and mindfulness and part of a broader vision for YP2F HQ as a community hub where people can build relationships and collectively strengthen the health of our neighborhood.

This program grows out of years of research and direct practice showing that yoga and mindfulness are powerful tools for wellbeing, stress reduction, and community connection, especially for people who have often been excluded from traditional wellness spaces.

Steady: No experience needed. Every body is welcome.
