Step Up to Prevent Suicide

Registration: Single or team registration options are available! Teams consist of up to 6 members. Each team should designate a Team Captain who will collect all team members' mileage and report the team's mileage weekly. Single participants will report their own mileage weekly. Registration starts on July 29th and ends on August 26th. Choose a registration level: Single Registration: $40 and includes a t-shirt $50 for a t-shirt AND hoodie! Team Registration: Purple Team: $225 and includes 6 t-shirts. Teal Team: $300 and includes 6 t-shirts and 6 hoodies. If you have any questions please email [email protected] ! How to Track Mileage: Walk, jog, run, swim, bike, elliptical, or total daily steps count as mileage. Mileage should be totaled and reported on the honor system (in this Google Form). Tracking steps? 2,000 steps is equal to 1 mile. If you are biking or logging elliptical miles, you should divide your total mileage by 3. For example, if you bike 90 miles in one week, you would divide 90 miles by 3, which equals 30 miles (plus any that you walked or ran) is what you report as your weekly mileage. Start tracking your miles on September 1st! At the end of each week on Saturday, please submit your mileage for that week. You will need to submit the Google Form 4 times to indicate each separate week's miles.
