I recently had the honor of being partnered as a mentor with Nizaiah, a freshman at Holy Trinity High School, through a great organization called PEAK - Partnership to Educate and Advance Kids (www.peakchicago.org). PEAK provides scholarships and mentorship to students with grit and ability from underserved communities. I got involved because I’ve seen first-hand the life-changing impact this program has on young people who are eager to learn, grow, and achieve their dreams but face significant barriers along the way.

This Giving Tuesday and holiday season, I’m joining PEAK in its end-of-year fundraising campaign to support PEAK in reaching more students. Every dollar raised goes directly toward scholarships and mentorship programs that give students the tools they need to succeed.
